Cancelation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to book on-line. On-line appointments can not be canceled or changed less that 24 hours prior to appointment day. You must call the salon during l our posted hours of operation to cancel or change your appointment. No shows, late arrivals (later than the 10 min grace period) or cancellations will be charged the full amount. NO REFUNDS OR EXCEPTIONS. By booking on-line you accept and understand these terms. Our front desk staff will not have access to change or modify these rules or refund no-show charges.
With over 20 years in the nail business our family established Love Nail Salon in 2009. Since then we have endeavored to provide our customers with our very best. South Miami is our home and we are grateful for the continued support as we continue to improve.
PLEASE NOTE: / We allow a 10 min. grace period for appointments. After the grace period, you will be considered a walk-in and may have to wait. Combo price reflects 10% discount and cannot be combined with any other discount or special. Requests for 2 techs NOT available at all times and do not receive combo discount. Appointments for 3 or more guests requires a credit card. Damages, chipping, or defects in polishes and gels are not covered by refunds or any guarantee. /SORRY...
